Return Policy
At Nova Select we have a 14 day return period. This means that you have 14 days from the time you receive your product to submit a return request.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do you request a return?
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@nova-select.com . If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
NB:
- Return shipping costs to China are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned to the supplier.

Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered. Send us a photo or video of the damage or defect so that we can quickly assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants).
- Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Swap
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the current item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be notified if your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will automatically be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- We currently do not offer shipping labels for returns.
